Second, the fitter arrived at the stated time to examine and make good the problems I had pointed out in my letter. To my shame, he was able to make light of these problems. To my untrained eye the difficulties seemed immense to him they were a simple adjustment which, essentially, was incorporated within the frame-design.

was very impressed with the manner in which he dealt with the problems as
presented and gave me a feeling of reassurance without making me seem overly
concerned given that he was able to undertake the repairs within two hours.
